Keep the date – Hedge Planting

Please keep the date!  Remember back to 2011 and our tree/hedge planting?  Well, we’re planning to start filling in the gaps between the banks of hedges to make the boundary safer at the play park end of the park.  We’ve been granted 130 saplings from the Woodland Trust and are planning to plant these on 18th November (Fall-back date is 2nd December).  Don’t worry, there are no holes to dig – the saplings are tiny!  Further details to follow, so watch this space.
